Welcome to The Affinity Project: a place to discover, connect and belong. In a world of noise, expectations, comparison and conditioning, we guide people towards (re)discovering their innate capacity to live with presence and purpose.
We offer 1-1 sessions for anyone wishing to explore a deeper connection to their inner world, patterns and parts; a signature Rite of Passage programme for 18-30s; and a range of corporate and education workshops.

- The pace and demands of modern life disconnects us from ourselves and each other.

Our Approach
Our commitment to helping people find meaning and peace within themselves is supported by years of working with a diverse set of clients, ranging from educational and corporate settings to prisons, charities and children’s residential homes. Our methods are influenced by iRest (Integrative Restoration) meditation, Therapeutic Coaching, Somatic Coaching and the Arts.
